Shipping and returns

Shipping

Most orders are dispatched within two to three business days of being placed. Every order ships with a tracking number, emailed to you as soon as the carrier collects the parcel. Free shipping in the United States on every order. We do not ship outside the United States.

Delays happen occasionally for reasons outside our control, such as a carrier backlog, severe weather, or a payment or address check on the order. Our Terms allow up to ten business days for dispatch to cover those cases. If your order is going to take longer than that, we email you rather than leave you waiting.

Returns

You may return a product within 30 days of it shipping. Email support@honestnutraco.com and we will tell you where to send it. Refunds are processed within two business days of the product arriving back with us, and your bank then takes three to ten days to show it.

This restates the return window set out in our Terms. Where the two differ, the Terms govern.
